Carsten White is a health insurance specialist with Ricketts & Associates, helping individuals, families, and businesses in Meridian, Boise, and throughout the Treasure Valley find and understand the right health coverage.

Carsten has worked in insurance since 2018, when he founded White Rock Insurance and began serving clients across the Treasure Valley and surrounding Idaho communities. Today, he brings that experience to Ricketts & Associates as the agency's health insurance specialist, where he focuses on making health coverage easier to understand and choose.

A Background Built On Healthcare

Carsten's expertise goes beyond insurance. He earned an Associate of Biology with a Healthcare Emphasis from the College of Western Idaho, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. That education gives him a strong understanding of how the healthcare system works, which helps clients make confident decisions about their plans, networks, and costs.

Responsive, available, and easy to talk to. Carsten takes pride in being accessible when clients need him. Whether someone is shopping for coverage for the first time, comparing plans, or trying to make sense of their current policy, he takes the time to explain their options in plain language.

 

Rooted In Meridian

Carsten grew up on a small family farm in South Meridian with his parents and five siblings, where daily chores taught him the value of hard work early on. He graduated from Mountain View High School in Meridian. That same work ethic and honest upbringing shape how he treats every client today.

Outside of work, Carsten spends his time with his wife, Jenna, and their kids, Talon and Taila, exploring the outdoors and enjoying everything Idaho has to offer.
